Gold Licence Caterers Accreditation
The Gold Licence Accreditation scheme is a symbol of quality that members of the public can trust when hiring a caterer. The Gold Licence recognises caterers who achieve satisfactory food safety, professionalism and work standards within in their businesses. The Gold Licence logo and a businesses Gold Licence Number can be used on all promotional material signalling to prospective clients that the business has met the requirements of the Gold Licence Accreditation Board.

Certified Professional Restaurateur
The restaurateur certification and accreditation, which has been developed by industry for industry, is a two-staged process including the Certified Professional Restaurateurs (CPR) and the Restaurant Accreditation. In short, the CPR program recognises the skills restaurateurs have in the management of their businesses. When certified, restaurateurs will be subsequently invited to apply to have their businesses accredited through the accreditation program. The ultimate aim of the CPR and the Restaurant Accreditation is to improve the quality and professionalism of restaurant businesses and industry personnel, and ultimately, the quality of the dining experience to restaurant customers.

Green Table Australia Environmental Sustainability Accreditation
Green Table Australia is an education and certification program that supports and recognises Australian restaurants, cafes and catering businesses that are doing what they can to reduce their impact on the environment and commit to and utilise environmentally sustainable products and practices. Conservation of water and energy, waste management and reduction of CO2 emissions initiatives are at the core of the program.

Savour Australia™ Benchmarking Program
The Savour Australia™ Benchmarking Program assists restaurant, café and catering businesses with a fresh eyes approach, review of their business processes, practice and delivery standards. These elements are benchmarked against industry best practice.
The program is designed to provide businesses with a tailored and useful continuous improvement tool that will provide unbiased insights in to the total dining experience their business delivers.
The program includes a comprehensive written report (statistical graphs and up to 1,000 words reviewing the total dining experience in detail and suggestions for improvement) that can be utilised to support and provide continuous improvement strategies and best practice standards.
