Membership cancellations can only occur after the initial 12-month membership period has ended. If you wish to cancel, you must provide written notice at the end of your membership term. Please note, refunds are not available for early cancellations.

Yes, each venue must hold its own individual membership. This ensures that the staff within each location are entitled to the full range of member benefits, including access to workplace relations support, training resources, and exclusive discounts.
