Liquor licence fees have surged across NSW — with clubs and pubs facing increases of over 70% under the Minns Government.
Restaurant & Catering Association CEO Suresh Manickam didn’t mince words:
“This is just making it harder for businesses to continue to operate. There’s no point increasing fees while operators are struggling to keep the doors open due to cost-of-living pressures.”
