Savour Australia is R&CA’s consumer brand, aimed at promoting and profiling R&CA members to avid diners. Savour Australia™ Ratings were the first ever nationally recognised restaurant rating system in Australia.  They provide an unbiased, systematically-assessed guide to Australia’s best dining experiences. Savour Australia Ratings are illustrated by plate icons – one (1) to five (5) out of a possible five, mathematically derived from the scores received in the annual Savour Australia™ Awards for Excellence.

Australia attracts more than six million international visitors a year, with China now our second largest inbound market. To capitalise on the growing Chinese market, R&CA together with China Ready & Accredited® have co-developed the CHINA READY® Welcome Program. Participating restaurants undertake a short training session and receive a Chinese character sticker pack to assist in the translation of their menu.
