You may be aware of the compliance campaign that is currently being conducted by the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) in the Ipswich region of Queensland.
R&CA have offered to assist the Fair Work Ombudsman with their campaign and play our part in helping our members and other affected restaurants to complete the compliance campaign process.
The purpose of the campaign is to assist businesses in complying with legislative workplace requirements.

Once FWO has received your records, they will assess them to see if you are complying with your obligations and paying your employees correctly. They will also check if you meet record-keeping requirements.
FWO will notify you of the outcome of their assessment. You will be asked to remedy any incidents of non-compliance.
FWO will assist you with complying with any specific compliance requirements, resulting from their assessment of your records.
