If you are a young chef looking to create new opportunities, learn valuable skills and connect with industry peers in the culinary arena, then the 2018 Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award could be the cooking competition for you.

As Australia’s longest running culinary competition for young chefs, the Nestlé Golden Chef’s Hat Award provides a platform for the country’s best and brightest talent to connect with their peers, learn new skills outside the classroom and the kitchen, create amazing dishes, and experience many new and wonderful opportunities.

If you’re aged between 16 and under 25 on the 30 September and are currently working in the culinary industry of Australia, the time to enter is now.

If successful in your region’s heat, you will get to cook off against the country’s best chef talent in the National Final at Fine Food Australia in Melbourne this September with one team being crowned the 2018 national chef champions and awarded the culinary trip of a lifetime to Italy.
