Simple Tomato and Pesto Pizza

Bazaar 12” Pizza Base

1/3 cup napoli Sauce

1 fresh tomato

1 cup mozzarella

Basil leaves to garnish

Pesto:

¼ cup pine nuts toasted

1 ½ cups fresh basil

2 small garlic cloves

60g shredded parmesan

5 TBS olive oil

Method

• Pre-heat the oven to 220C.

• Combine pine nuts, fresh basil, garlic, parmesan and oil in a food processor and process until almost smooth.

• Spread sauce over pizza bases, top with pesto
and cheese.

• Bake on a tray for 10 minutes.

• Top with tomatoes and bake for a further 5 minutes.

• Serve with dollops of fresh pesto and top with basil leaves.
