The S.Pellegrino Young Chef initiative offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete internationally for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef of the Year 2017. The competition begins with a recipe and image submitted online for adjudication by Italy’s prestigious Alma College. Ten entries are then selected for a cook-off, judged by five leading Australian chefs. The winner is flown to Milan to compete against 19 other regions for the title of the World’s Best Young Chef.
