Starting next month, a raft of new regulations will make IR compliance a nightmare all over again.
As usual, the end of this month will see the start of a whole lot of new regulations, taxes and rates of pay. In particular, effective July 1, all of the transition rates under the Modern Awards will be readjusted.
At this time of year, more than any other, it is important to keep in contact with the Association. We will send out updated wage tables, and the Workplace Relations Call Centre team are available to answer all the questions you might have. This is the best way to ensure that you have the right advice.
There are also some other changes that take effect in the second half of the year, some of which are state-based and may be important to your business. R&C is producing template policies and wage tables to assist with the legislative and regulatory changes that are being made.
