Fine Food Queensland is on the way to your table top with a fresh and healthy spin for the local market. From April 10-12 exhibitors will be dishing up displays of the industry’s latest flavours at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Fine Food Queensland has set its sights on industry development; they’ll be focusing on helping businesses cash in on the high growth rates Queensland has been maintaining. The team will be showcasing experts (both local and national), new products and the latest industry innovations.
The trade event is a chance to network and make foodie connections; Fine Food Queensland have said they’ll be putting a strong influence on maximising business opportunities for visitors over the weekend.
This year’s show has branched out with continuing education on offer from industry insiders. Seminars will be held at the new Talking Food stage, covering topics from loyalty-based growth strategies to social media movements.
Restaurant & Catering Association’s CEO, John Hart will be offering up his expertise by leading a discussion on ‘formal vs informal dining’. The talk is billed as an opportunity for restaurateurs to learn how to maximise their profits by incorporating new family-style dining trends and balancing other parts of in the informal movement.
