While the Noosa Food & Wine festival in May boasts a raft of dining specials, masterclasses and wine tastings, it also offers an industry-only event. The Inspired Series—an intimate Q&A curated by Sharlee Gibb, founder of Fully Booked Women—includes Anna Pavoni of Ormeggio Group, Kylie Javier Ashton of Momofuku, Jo Barrett of Oakridge, Yarra Valley, Danielle Gjestland of Wasabi, Noosa, and culinary ambassador Christine Manfield. The series allows young hospitality workers to gain insight from leading chefs, wait staff and restaurateurs on their experiences, providing them with career advice, tips and support within the industry.

The Inspired Series takes place at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort on 17 May, all part of Noosa Food & Wine on 17-20 May.
